INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits or brownie crumbs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup your flavoured cream (chocolate / hazelnut / pistachio etc.)
  • 2 tbsp milk (if needed to loosen texture)
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate shavings (for garnish)
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, gently fold your flavoured cream into the whipped cream until smooth and airy.
  2. Add a spoonful of biscuit crumbs at the base of serving glasses.
  3. Pipe or spoon the cream mixture over the crumbs.
  4. Repeat layers for a beautiful visual effect.
  5. Top with nuts, chocolate shavings or an extra drizzle of cream.

Chill for 30–45 minutes before serving.
